I hereby authorize H&H Management & Development Co., LLC, the property management company of Northbrook Apartments, to perform background checks and an employment verification. I will also provide Northbrook Apartments with my most recent credit report. Any falsification of the information can be grounds for denial and/or terms of lease. I agree to provide my social security number and a copy of my driver’s license/state identification card upon application. A non refundable cleaning fee of $200 is to be paid at lease signing along with a $500 security deposit. If an apartment has been assigned with an agreed upon move-in date and the applicant cancels, the deposit will be forfeited. All applications are subject to Management approval in accordance with the attached rental qualification guidelines. All decisions related to applications for tenancy are at the sole discretion of Landlord. No applicant will be refunded for any cost related to application tenancy. Any applicant denied tenancy shall be eligible to re-apply no less than six (6) calendar months from date of denial. We encourage and support the nations affirmative housing program in which there are no barriers to obtaining housing because of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, handicap or familial status.
